Could you use some help with college tuition? Are you entering your freshman through senior year of college? We are proud to offer the Brotherhood Credit Union Sam Sherman Scholarship to help make tuition fees more affordable.
This scholarship is awarded to three lucky students, with two of them either being members or direct relatives of members of BCU. The third recipient will be a graduating Senior from St. Mary's High School. This scholarship is given in honor of Sam Sherman, our Treasurer for more than 60 years and a strong supporter of education.
Submit an essay, minimum 500 words, by May 3, 2024, answering the question:
There are a number of reasons why you might want to continue your education past high school. Explain why you hope to continue your education. How will more education help you achieve some of your goals in life? Try to be as specific as possible and provide examples.
